With an increasingly dispersed workforce the cyber risk to UK businesses has exponentially expanded due to untrained or poorly trained employees, unprotected home networks and mobile hot spots, untested collaboration software and a considerable increase in cloud based working. All of these things combined has increased the attack service at a dramatic rate requiring a new level of advanced cyber security protection.
Our managed endpoint detection and response service protects endpoint devices regardless of location and is quick and easy to deploy.

What is it?

Utilising a lightweight software agent Think Connect constantly monitors all devices and other endpoints across your network. On detection of suspicious of threatening activity then EDR will respond to the threat either through

  • Automated Isolation – If a threat from your playbook is identified, the device agent will respond immediately in accordance with the agreed protocol
  • Manual Incident Handling – If a threat not in your playbook is identified then our Security Operations Team will contact you with 15 minutes 24/7 to discuss options and agree next steps.

Our Security Operations team will manage and monitor the service for you, as well as providing technical advice and assistance on cyber security issues as needed.
